Phone/Email Inquiries – During tax season, we are not always available to answer your call immediately, Please leave your name, number, question(s) and, most importantly, the best time(s) to return your call. Often we will answer your query between clients or after business hours (Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 10am-2pm). We usually respond to email within 48 hours.
Deadlines:
Submit your documents by April 15 to guarantee your returns will be filed on time. The RRSP Contribution Deadline is: March 1, 2025.

TRACC Hours:
TRACC is closed for the off season June 1 - September 30.
October 1-January 31, we are available 11am-2pm Tuesday-Thursday.
February 1-May 31 we are available Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturday 10am-2pm.
