Online service

Clients have been set up with a TRACC Sharefile folder.   Log on to  http://tracc.sharefile.com using the email you have provided us.  There is an option to reset your password if required.

The first time you access your folder you must select "Forgot Password".

To avoid additional handling charges. PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD any documents UNTIL YOU HAVE ALL YOUR DOCUMENTATION READY.

Once logged into TRACC Sharefile, you should see a plus symbol + in the upper right hand corner.   When you click on that you will be presented with a dialog with “Upload” click that.     You can drag or select your documents onto that page, then click the upload button.

Documents need to be clearly readable. Unusable documents or documents requiring a password will need to be reuploaded.  (See examples provided)

Upload your slips/documents in PDF format, if possible. Each slip/document should be uploaded separately rather than a single PDF and each should have a unique name that represents the contents. Example: John T4, John RRSP 1st 60 days, Jane T4, Jane RRSP 1st 60 days, etc.
